  • Rehabilitation Programs to learn how to deal with your personal problem on a day to day basis. To increase stability, strength and coordination to decrease the chance of further injury.
  • Pilates Classes* - The perfect way to correct posture and strengthen core muscles protecting your spine. These will be offered in small groups so that you benefit as much as possible from personal attention.
  • Personal Exercise Programs - If you are not used to exercise and don't know how to begin, or want to lose weight or just move up to the next level of fitness, a program can be developed for you.

    *Pilates can be arranged on a one to one basis if preferred

Whatever your goal - whether it is 'pain free dog walking' or 'training for the London Marathon' - a program can be tailored for you.

My CV has been growing since graduating with a BSc(Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation from the University of Surrey. Working as a Fitness Instructor at Champneys Health Resort and for the past four years at Chelsea Football Club in a physiotherapy and rehabilitation role, which I do on a part time basis.
